New management, same awful service. Buses are rarely on time and drivers are rude and unhelpful. Prices are ever increasing but the quality NEVER does Often, you are better off just walking.
Waited in my car, for curb side pickup. Too 35 min
The drivers do whatever the hell they want on whatever schedule they want then argue with us because THEY make us late for work. I stood there for 15 minutes, no way I was not passed by. Then I had to cross busy traffic to make it to the bus stop because yall refuse to fix YOUR CHOICES
Most of the drivers are cool but others tell you to get off the bus while asking them questions and others scream at you. Cdta owes me money for my groceries going bad that I cannot reace because their drivers cant be bothered to do their routes on time!!!
