I've been using the CDTA transportation system since I was in my twenties. Back then they were The greater glens falls Transit authority. The star buses are also good. If you are disabled and want to use their services.
New management, same awful service. Buses are rarely on time and drivers are rude and unhelpful. Prices are ever increasing but the quality NEVER does Often, you are better off just walking.
Waited in my car, for curb side pickup. Too 35 min
The drivers do whatever the hell they want on whatever schedule they want then argue with us because THEY make us late for work. I stood there for 15 minutes, no way I was not passed by. Then I had to cross busy traffic to make it to the bus stop because yall refuse to fix YOUR CHOICES
