This is the worst company I have ever worked with. I've been an escrow officer for over 40 years and I've never had an issue with a company when requesting a payoff demand. I have been requesting an updated payoff from this company for 3 months and now my escrow has funded and we are ready to close and this company still has not provided us with an updated payoff. they are not only holding up the sellers funds but they are holding up the buyer taking possession of the property because we don't have their updated demand.
