I had an excellent icing therapy session today with Mika. She was incredibly professional, attentive, and made the entire experience comfortable and relaxing from start to finish. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and takes pride in what she does. The session left me feeling refreshed, recovered, and much better physically afterward. The environment was relaxing and clean. The red light therapy was amazing.
I enjoy getting Cryo Treatments here. The first few were great, and there was only one time I wasn’t fully satisfied, but they were very attentive and had me come back to redo it. I would 100% recommend their cryotherapy service as well you see immediate noticeable improvement and puffiness reduction. It’s really nice to do before an event or even on your body if you’re sore.
