The girls were lovely and did a great job!
Great coming off a two week vacation, a little too many indulgences— and sauna/cryo is what the doctor ordered.
I love the convenience of the location for me. That it offers sessions in 30 min intervals. I did not give it 5 stars because 1) it was not at the desired temperature maybe because I was the first of the day 2) very tight space, not a lot a privacy. I have been to other places with more room and private bathroom connected where I could shower afterwards. But I like Capital Cryo in Bethesda because location is convenient and I like 30 min intervals.
Amazing experience as always! My husband and I continue to come to this location due to the excellent facilities, the staff who are extremely accommodating, helpful, kind, and go above and beyond to ensure a fantastic outcome ! We will definitely continue visiting the Bethesda location permanently. Thank you!
Terrific experience and super friendly staff. Very clean facilities and can’t wait to go back. I truly feel invigorated after 30 minutes in the infrared sauna. 3 min in their Cryo chamber is better than any cold plunge. 10/10!
