Usually I start with infra-red sauna and then Cryo therapy. Today I reversed it and feel much more of a lasting impact of both.
After a while this becomes second nature knowing in my bones that this is the best thing I can be doing for my health.

Great first experience utilizing their infrared sauna! I was greeted promptly and warmly, the sauna was preheating as I arrived so it allowed me time to change before entering. Loved the robes and remote to adjust things to my liking! Used ClassPass to book but thinking about getting my own membership there for weekly trips ! 10/10 would recommend
