I had an excellent icing therapy session today with Mika. She was incredibly professional, attentive, and made the entire experience comfortable and relaxing from start to finish. The environment was relaxing and clean. The red light therapy was amazing.
I enjoy getting Cryo Treatments here. The first few were great, and there was only one time I wasn’t fully satisfied, but they were very attentive and had me come back to redo it. I would 100% recommend their cryotherapy service as well you see immediate noticeable improvement and puffiness reduction. It’s really nice to do before an event or even on your body if you’re sore.
Just finished another cryo- facial and my technician and treatment was terrific! In addition, I tried for the first time the infrared sauna and felt that is melted away many aches and pains as well as ridding my body of a lot of toxins. Again, my technician made sure I had enough water during my session as you do need to replenish during the course of the treatment. The facility is also impressive. Super clean with the most current equipment available.
I’ve been here a couple of times for the cryo facial, which is supposed to be about 15 minutes. The first two sessions were great saw a noticeable difference in puffiness and inflammation. However, the last two visits have been disappointing. It seems like there may be something wrong with the machine because it didn’t feel as cold and they always say it takes time for it to work.. so the results weren’t the same.
