Woke up lethargic because of a rainy day-sss as una/cryo wakes up my cells feeling reinvigorated. Thank you Capital Cryo
Today I had the insight that Cryo on a regular basis gets us out of our comfort zone, not be limited by fear, and know that there is a neurological-plasticity that is real from this practice.
Great tan as always!!
Usually I start with infra-red sauna and then Cryo therapy. Today I reversed it and feel much more of a lasting impact of both.
After a while this becomes second nature knowing in my bones that this is the best thing I can be doing for my health.
