Had auto pay set up on my truck the last 4 years. Automatically it stopped and they payment was never pulled. Hit my credit 20 points. Had them look into it and they stated everything should have pulled as normal. Never did. Wouldn’t help report the issue to the credit bureau. Online banking sucks. Rejects every check I try to deposit.
I recently had an amazing experience working with Tera R. in the credit department at CCU! She was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and friendly. More importantly, she was so personable and understanding during difficult times. Overall, she was an absolute delight to work with, and I am truly grateful for her assistance!! ❤️❤️

Long wait times if you want to talk to with somebody via phone. Expect 10+ minutes for most calls. Edit: Customer support was friendly and helpful when they were finally able to pick up.
