Adam Tomlinson deserves a raise, I applied for a loan and he made the experience quick and easier than I ever expected. Within 48 hours and 7 emails, I was approved and had the funds available to spend.. if you can't give him a raise or some PTO at least buy him some lunch. I asked them to print my debit card but they took 12 min with nobody there . Last time at velp location it took not even a few minutes
We used to be very happy with capital credit union but in the last couple of years it has been terrible. The fraud detection is ridiculous and takes forever to get resolved. They put holds on our cards and we can’t use them until hours on the phone trying to get to a person to help us get the hold on the card off. They used to send a text to ask if it was you or not. We loved that but this last time it just put a hold on my card and I had to wait an hour on hold to get this resolved. I also opened a second account for my dau... read more
