I’ve been told off so many times while being here. I get off work at 5:15 and it leaves me with 15 minutes to get to the credit union which is supposed to be a 25 minute drive from my work. How do they expect anyone to get to the bank to get a check cashed that actually works? For example I pull up at 5:27 and I sit patiently for them and then a couple minutes pass and it’s 5:31 and then somebody comes up and tells me “we’re closed.” I know it’s a business but I will still help customers who come in even days that we are com... read more
People here were so kind. In the middle of my financial crisis with another bank they truly helped me out it wasnt even 24 hours later and I had my account set up and a debit card that worked and all of my bank stuff switched over. Theres a texting line they have that is SUPER helpful and the best financial choice I have ever made. I honestly think everyone should go to Capital Credit Union. 5 stars no doubt.

I’ve been a member here for over 10 years and never had any complaints until recently. A few times I’ve been questioned by a staff member on why I’m taking out a large amount of money and it made me uncomfortable. The first time it happened, they asked if I wasn’t happy with their services, the next time they wanted more specifics
