Poor service I have a wet pee account and they won’t let me account check my account number to see how much I have on my account. This is bullshit.
Had quite a time trying to get our loan paid off early. Not easy to work with.
Nice people. Went in to set up a special account for a guardianship. Next thing I know - my credit alert lights up. They hit my credit score. I was not getting a loan and they hit my credit score. A warning would have been nice. Every hit on one's credit impacts their credit score. Even better would have to not checked my credit in the first place. I was NOT getting a loan. Do better.
The teller was very friendly and helpful.
