I’ve had many banks but Capital Credit has got to be the best of them all.. Most especially I am writing this review for Sabrina S. Although I didn’t have the adequate credit to open a checking and savings account she worked with me and fought for me to open my account for me. I had a wonderful experience at the branch. Taylor Lugert was incredibly helpful and friendly. He had superior knowledge of the credit union’s products. I will be coming back for sure!
So, I have a loan through capital credit union. The process of getting the loan was quick, easy and awesome. However, Andrea, who is the president at the Veteran's location isn't the best loan officer. She acts great when she wants to get your money! But, whenever I stop into the branch, she literally dodges me. I think it's because she is embarrassed of how many times tellers have left messages for her to contact me in regards to my loan, and voicemails I left, or emails and SHE NEVER RETURNS THEM!
