A friend had referred me to CCU for my house loan and I had the best experience. Scott Bullinger went above and beyond for me, making the experience incredibly easy and painless. From day one, he was always available for any questions I had and worked with me as if I were a close family friend. He was able to handle any challenges thrown his way (which in this case, were quite a few) and get the closing date to remain the same. I would recommend CCU, and Scott, to everyone
Attending a lunch and learn on credit reports. I greatly enjoy that CAPCU does these. I have been banking here for over 25 years. The people are wonderful and extremely helpful. My family has all our accounts here - savings, checking, credit card, loans, and so on. I feel very comfortable with dealing with them. I really feel like they have my best interests in mind.
I have had good customer service when I've interacted with them. One teller even gave me a helpful hint to save money. Free ATM withdrawal is particularly nice, they refund any fees you are charged from using an ATM anywhere in the world. The 3 star review is due to their complete disregard of a reported incidence of fraudulent charges by a major corporation. I reported to the bank the fraudulent monthly charges, they could only go back 3 months for a refund, and was told it would be investigated. Months later, still no word... read more
I tell friends and family not to bank here. Theyve never once treated me like a valued anything. Theyve never had my back on a bad transaction and i would never come to them for a loan or money. And tranfers always take forever
