We worked with them last year to get a mortgage loan. Shortly after we moved in, our loan was sold to another company (which happens i get it) This company they sold it to are horrible and not even accredited by the BBB. When I tried to ask Capital Credit to help they said they cant do anything after they sold it off. Dont come here. They will sell you to whoever and then you are screwed unless you want to repay and refinance with them. Which they will probably just resell it like last time. I wish I never came here.
Capital Credit Union is a great financial institution. Associates are efficient. They dress professionally. Offer advice. Complete transactions quickly and efficiently.
