Recently, CCG completed a vendor compliance review for my company. While I was impressed with and benefited from the review, I was amazed at their sales and use tax knowledge. The information provided by CCG will result in better management of sales and use tax, going forward. I will certainly ask them to review again, annually.

The review that CCG performed for my company, was not what I expected. Normally, past reviews have only included a sweep of my statements and identification of duplicate payments. In fact, my staff usually in the past, was even responsible for recovering issues discovered. CCG however, found many errors related to transactions with our vendors and they performed the recovery as well, leaving my staff to conduct its daily responsibilities. After working with audit firms for many years and accepting their performance as "Routine" or "best that they could do", I was amazed at the contrast provided by CCG. They found many, many smaller issues that represented reasonable return of money but the knowledge associated with those losses, allowed me to reduce similar losses from happening again. It has been several months since their audit team concluded it's onsite review, in the fall of 2012, of our Accounts Payable records and our processing and payment practices. We were pleased with the findings of their audit team. We appreciated the professionalism of the entire team, from the initial meeting until the final Audit Analysis Report. They seem to have a lack of communication in several key areas, in my opinion. Pure commission employee's. I would not work with the company again, nor would I recommend performing any business with them. The company made me feel as if they were ready to sue anyone for any reason possible if it will make them a buck, even employee's. If this is what you are looking for, this place is for you!
