Worst company. Ms. Genny was rude and very unprofessional. It's hard to stop the buying process with an unprofessional mortgage company when you have a closing date with the buyer already established. We had to send documents twice, When documents were requested, they were submitted to Capital Concepts the very next day, but we had to get an extension because Capital Concepts did not complete their work.
