0 Stars – Absolutely unacceptable experience If I could give this company zero stars, I would. My 5-year-old’s soccer photos were taken in an extremely unprofessional and disturbing way. Parents were not allowed in the room with their children. I witnessed staff physically dragging some kids—kicking, screaming, and crying—into the photo area, then closing the door behind them. Zero stars. My 5-year-old’s soccer photos turned into a nightmare. Parents were not allowed in the room, kids were basically dragged in kicking and crying, forcing a mom to get out and the door was shut behind them. My son (and many others) left scared and upset. Staff were rude and dismissive when concerns were raised. It was creepy, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. The photographs taken by this company for our competitive cheer sports team were nothing short of outstanding, masterfully blending traditional poses with high-energy action shots, all elevated by their contemporary modern backgrounds accessible through their system. The parental consensus was one of admiration.
