I have used this company for 15+ years. They are amazing and so kind. They bend over backwards for their clients even if they are not in the wrong. I have never witnessed ANYONE uncomfortable or unheard. Team pictures can be chaotic, especially if they are young children being photographed. The photographer is so patient, while also trying to streamline to keep the lines moving. His setup is calculated to keep chaos down to a minimum. 0 Stars – Absolutely unacceptable experience If I could give this company zero stars, I would. My 5-year-old’s soccer photos were taken in an extremely unprofessional and disturbing way. Parents were not allowed in the room with their children. I witnessed staff physically dragging some kids—kicking, screaming, and crying—into the photo area, then closing the door behind them. Zero stars. My 5-year-old’s soccer photos turned into a nightmare. Parents were not allowed in the room, kids were basically dragged in kicking and crying, forcing a mom to get out and the door was shut behind them. My son (and many others) left scared and upset. Staff were rude and dismissive when concerns were raised. It was creepy, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable.
