I own a restaurant and purchased equipment from them. I will never use them again. We have had multiple problems with the equipment they will not show up for the appointments they schedule with you and they will not call you back. Had to order a part from warranty, they said they ordered which was months ago. I call them to check when it’s coming. I have left them several messages and then when I did get a hold of somebody that person couldn’t help me and told me the guy would call me back which was a week ago and still noth... read more
Greg in the service department is awesome! He got both of our espresso machines back up in working order efficiently! Definitely recommend them for service repair!
This is such a fun place to shop!
