We had a very disappointing closing with this law firm. They misplaced various documents that were emailed and overlooked important details that made for a stressful closing and extremely sour experience. We had to come up with our own solutions to close on time. Our buyers chose them not us.
GREAT people and service will use again.
Messed up settlement amounts. Paid too much for virtual close and in end had to pay more property tax then seller since firm did not call county to get new amount. Rather they used last year figure even though title search done after new rates were available
Amanda is a pleasure to work with. We have used her and her firm for several closings. She and the staff are always extremely professional, timely and very personable. I highly recommend using them for the services they provide.
