Best bank I've ever used!! I've been with them for 10 years now and never been dissatisfied. Always nice. Always on my side when I've made mistakes. And when I've needed money and couldn't get it from another bank, Capital city loaned me 50 % more than I applied for just to help me out. I believe the great customer service is due to it still being a family and a smaller bank. I pray they never sell or get big. I really appreciate this bank and the team I deal with. I can't say enough good things about this bank and the team.
They would not cash a $300 check from the IRS. Needless to say, if that particular feat perplexes them so greatly then I would imagine that the other services offered are equally lacking.
