Personal banking at its best! I had a major crisis that could have led to a lot of legal issues, but this banking staff is so knowledgeable. They were able to figure out the best way to resolve the issue, and I am so grateful for this bank. Go to this bank – it's good to have someone local instead of just over the internet. 🏦🤝

Best bank I've ever used!! I've been with them for 10 years now and never been dissatisfied. Always nice. Always on my side when I've made mistakes. And when I've needed money and couldn't get it from another bank, Capital city loaned me 50 % more than I applied for just to help me out. I believe the great customer service is due to it still being a family and a smaller bank. I pray they never sell or get big. I really appreciate this bank and the team I deal with. I can't say enough good things about this bank and the team.
