Was very clean and welcoming, came at 12pm on a Thursday and I was appointed someone almost immediantly. She walked me through everything. Everyone was cool and no judgments, they had candy in a bowl on almost every desk. Definitly made it worth the 2 & 1/2 hour ride I took, we spent 4 hours there today, Very helpful and understanding! Set me on a great path for just turning 18.
This has been the most professional and Pleasant group deal with in my life and careers. The branch in Branford especially.. Mother was having a data breach to and a joint account that we have. They locked it down and got everything squared away for us that very nice. The next day when we rolled in when the doors open they were already prepared for us to help us get everything back in order and do a new account.
