Seriously, you need to upgrade your atm. First you can't reach it from your car even though I was so close I had to fold in my mirror. Second, it's not responsive, takes several minutes to recognize any command. And doesn't recognize tap. Then I withdrew $100. Doesn't give me an option for denominations but gives me $100 bill. What can I do with that? Literally have to go somewhere else to break it. Incredible utter waste of my time.
I love banking at Capital City Bank they are always nice and friendly I walk in and they know me by name they help me with any issue I have and I have worked in a bank before this is far beyond the best bank I have ever been to. When our bank was sold to another company that company was actually very rude to me and so I never went back and went to Capital City Bank I should have been there in the beginning
There was fraudulent activity on my debit card. I reported it promptly and the fraudulent transaction was blocked. I then went to our nearby Capital City Bank branch to get a new debit card. The entire transaction was quick and very easy; bank staff is very courteous.
