Love this bank, and especially this branch. They are always flexible WITHIN THE RULES! Everyone there is so professional, but very polite and inviting too.
really needed to cash a check today but didn't have my id with me, I did have a picture of it. also I've banked with capitol city for over 6 years(Dublin location) so i guess them having all my information and me knowing all of my security pass phrases doesn't mean anything at all, because they couldn't help me. this location did not go above and beyond to help a loyal customer. Never would've had this problem at the Dublin location.
