This is the worse bank I have been to. My mom passed away last year and banked with them at this branch. I went in with a death certificate to get the account closed. They never looked at the account, just told me I needed probate to access it. Probate got done almost a year later. Went back and they tell me I need different paperwork than sent. Later that day they call and say I dont need that paperwork and I and my sister are listed as beneficiaries.Go today and they refuse to repay the maintenance fees they took out over ... read more
Terrible bank. High fees for every account. Changed my account without my consent and started charging me more fees for having a checking account under 4000. Last time I spoke to them they said I would be charged a 7.95 fee if my account dropped below 1500. Long wait times and huge turnover, new staff that don't know what is going on. Don't waste your money at this crappy bank. Go to Vystar credit union, much better
