We recently placed an order and received several incorrect items. We tried to contact the company, no one answered the phone so we left several messages. We then receive an email that they were going to draw funds from our checking account to pay for the order. We had always sent a check in, so therefore this was concerning to us. We finally got someone on the phone to help with the incorrect items. When we questioned the payment method, we were told that we signed up for it in 2019....sorry didn't remember back that far.
