We've had an extremely frustrating experience working with Capital Business of Manistique. For weeks, we've been trying to get in touch with Charles Richey, but nobody returns our calls or emails. When I did manage to speak to someone, they were rude and unhelpful. This business is irresponsible, and negligent. I would not trust them with our finances.
