I would be cautious about using Payment Pilot.We processed a customer payment [ not unusually large amount for us] via PP and it's been 8 days and they still haven't released our funds to us. It would have been easier for me to drive out of state to go to my customer and grab a check in person. Furthermore, after 7 days, no one in thier risk department has bothered to call me back as requested.Or even give me an ESTIMATED time when my funds will be available.
