Credit card department people clowns that have restricted my account 2 times in the last 3 months for making multiple payments in a month.. I bank with a credit union who don't give info over the phone. with the fraud department i verified everything they asked. Now they want my bank statements again. I am on my 3rd capital one card. I will not be getting a fourth. I pay all of my bills in full before the payment is due. They canceled both of my cards, they gave no notice. I called customer service to resolve the misunderstanding. They transferred me to the fraud department. The fraud department blamed the payment department. If i could leave 0 stars I would. Very disappointed in the fraud department after someone fraudulently used my information to try to receive a credit card. Capital One makes it to easy for scammers. My credit was pulled, a hard pulled at that, with out my consent. And they have a lack of empathy for it!
As Debra stated below, cant understand anything says over phone, no one helps you over the phone. I will never use this company again once I pay off cards.
Capital one is a "bank" that will lie steal and cheat you out of your money. They will close accounts without permission, send funds to locations on files, will lie to cover themselves and when given proof instead of trying to correct the issue they change up their stories even. I would sooner trust a rabid raccoon with my money before I trust capital one again. They have gone against their written word and contracts. And did it before they were going to pay their monthly interest rate to boot
