Credit card department people clowns that have restricted my account 2 times in the last 3 months for making multiple payments in a month.. I bank with a credit union who don't give info over the phone. with the fraud department i verified everything they asked. Now they want my bank statements again. I am on my 3rd capital one card. I will not be getting a fourth. I pay all of my bills in full before the payment is due. They canceled both of my cards, they gave no notice. I called customer service to resolve the misunderstanding. They transferred me to the fraud department. The fraud department blamed the payment department. If i could leave 0 stars I would. Very disappointed in the fraud department after someone fraudulently used my information to try to receive a credit card. Capital One makes it to easy for scammers. My credit was pulled, a hard pulled at that, with out my consent. And they have a lack of empathy for it!
