I have been with Capital Bank for over 30 years. Started out with only one location on the East side of town. Previously known as Jacinto City Bank. So with that being said, well over 45 years! I was so happy when a location became available in Sugar Land. The staff is always so warm and welcoming when I go into the bank.
On October 4, 2023, my 360 Savings Account was abruptly closed without any explanation provided to me. This was not only unexpected but highly distressing as my account had a remaining balance. The sudden closure and the absence of a clear explanation have left me both anxious and financially inconvenienced.
