I wanted to change my negative review to a great review. I complained in the past about the bank changing names several times and now they're closing this local branch and I hate that. The guy that works the bank window is so nice. He always greets me with a smile and always willing to help with any questions. I appreciate him and this bank being here and I cannot believe it's closing. There's no way with my job hours that I'll ever have time to go to the branch in Asheboro so eventually I'm going to have to switch to the Cr... read more

Be aware of this bank!!! I put Obt on my business account where if money not in this account they don’t approve the transaction they’ve charged me $500 in charges that I did not even approve this bank is fake and they are false so if you have a business account here it’s on you if you deal with them worst bank of North Carolina!!!! Be aware I have another account at a totally different bank But I still use this one a lot but I had that thing on my account Where if the monies not in there it doesn’t approve so be aware again ... read more
