I wanted to change my negative review to a great review. I complained in the past about the bank changing names several times and now they're closing this local branch and I hate that. The guy that works the bank window is so nice. He always greets me with a smile and always willing to help with any questions. I appreciate him and this bank being here and I cannot believe it's closing. Be aware of this bank!!! I put Obt on my business account where if money not in this account they don’t approve the transaction they’ve charged me $500 in charges that I did not even approve this bank is fake and they are false so if you have a business account here it’s on you if you deal with them worst bank of North Carolina!!!! Be aware I have another account at a totally different bank But I still use this one a lot but I had that thing on my account Where if the monies not in there it doesn’t approve so be aware again ... read more
