I would Give zero stars if I could. I tried to deposit a check on Saturday and the atm froze up, keeping my atm card and my check. Flash forward to Monday and I'm still trying to get that check deposited. The check is a deposit for material for a project I'm working on and I cant buy material until the check clears. (It is a capital bank check also) everybody I spoke to is really sorry and can't do anything. No compensation for lost wages or time this has taken. No urgency to help resolve this problem for me. I’ve never had a problem here—been treated well every time. But I’ve just done basic banking though, no mortgages or anything complicated.
Always been fair to me.
After the first Tennessee merger, this institution has become horrid. Customer service is non existent. Hours are not convenient. New fee schedule punishes small businesses. This bank is obviously more concerned with their own financial situation than that of their customer. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
