Google hours are wrong, they close at 4 on Friday.
I recently went to the branch on Nob Hill in Sunrise Florida and at 3:50pm their doors were closed and the bank manager to even open the doors and speak with me. I was asking a question and they were very uncooperative and not helpful and even rude. And then I received a call after my complaint to say that they are allowed to keep the doors closed as currently it is strictly by appointment.. well if this is the way you guys define customer service then you certainly would never have me as a customer.
They just need to close this location, highly unprofessional in every aspect.
Worst experience with a bank ever, if this deserves to be called a bank, this is a circus. Please, do yourself a favor and stay away from this people. They will make your life miserable even with the most simple withdrawal or deposit. You will probably never have your money available when you need it, for one or another ridiculous reason. Zensi lacks proper skills and knowledge and common sense to provide even average customer service. By far the WORST banker I have ever encountered, on multiple occasions. I was put off several times, made to wait while she did personal work first, and then while she chatted with one of her black male customer friends who just walked in after I had been waiting 15minutes, so I wait even longer.
