Worst bank ever, careful to park money here. During Covid-19 time, branch manager called me to say that since there was no activity in the account the bank started charging monthly fees and the only way to stop it is to come to the bank to make a deposit. I come to the bank a few months later to close the account and withdraw my balance. The response from the bank manager is that I should have activated the account on the phone and will need to come again. I really love First Horizon. Since I opened the account, they have been great. Because my attention focused elsewhere, I didn’t set up online banking for a long while. A really nice representative from the corporate offices called to see if I needed any assistance. I’m not wealthy, and I have a free account. That level of customer service is extremely rare with smaller accounts. I literally never need a teller, but I did go through the drive-thru and the lady couldn’t have been any more friendly or professional. Superb bank!... read more
