Great customer service from all the tellers, with a special shout-out to Phillip C. He quickly and efficiently helped me navigate the computer interface. Before I left, he made sure I had written down clear instructions, gave me his business card, and even followed up with a phone call the next day. This level of personalized, proactive service truly sets this bank apart. I highly recommend this branch!
Don’t waste your time at this bank. This morning I was told they had to verify a check I was cashing since I do not bank with them. They called the business that wrote me the check & said they were at lunch. They were not at lunch, as I called the Hickory business after leaving First Horizon & staff answered. I ended up getting the check cashed at my own bank after wasting my time at this bank.
