I have banked their for many years even when it was Bank Of Granite. Not happy with it now. Closes early and have run into rude tellers
They close at 4:00 Monday through Thursday. That means, if you are a normal working human being that works 8-5, you can only use this bank 2 days out of the week. Look into MCU next door.
One star isnt bad enough. If i could tell you how many times ive been stranded with my family out of town with my card denied (having money), and the bank manager tell me , "im taking time out of day to help you with your little problem". Stuck out of town unable to put fuel in my work trucks and pay for my famalies dinner is not a little problem. A truck driver overheard me on the phone and paid saying capital is the worst bank ever. All I have with them anymore is a safe deposit box and even that they have poor customer service sometimes they don't have a key to open the box they close at 4 this is definitely the bottom of the barrel bank
Our computer and bank account were recently hacked. Capital told us wh at to do step by step and were very helpful in what was a very stressful time for us.
