I called capital one to discuss why my payment hadn't posted. A senior agent Christopher gets on the phone and gets upset because I am asking questions and he felt I didn't have the right to ask. I asked him why his tone was irritated and spoke to me in a patronizing way. He again speaks to me as if I have an issue with payments. I paid in full. Ridiculous. Yet nothing was done. Fine his customer service was horrible. He should not bea senior agent
