(Spectran issue) OK back to 3 stars. Supervisor put someone forward. Dispatch thinks they're the boss. They are not. Dispatch blatantly lied to me today. I bet that won't happen again. Drive reported me for having 10 bags of bottles to return. First of all, I only had 7. So, someone calls (I know her name but not even going to give her the attention) this morning to inform that per ADA Rules I can only bring 1 bag which is a blatant lie. They know that's not true. Spectran sucks the whole system sucks they can never get anywhere on time july 11 2025 and they still suck and still 9/3/25
This place is as good as it can be. It's used as a warming center in the winter so a lot of homeless activity around here. But, they keep it very clean. Vending machines are always stocked and the don't let people camp out too long. It does shut down at night. Helpful staff. This place moves a lot of people. They also give free rides to the warming centers all over Lansing in the winter
