(Spectran issue) OK back to 1 stars. Supervisor put someone forward. Dispatch thinks they're the boss. They are not. Dispatch blatantly lied to me today. I bet that won't happen again. Driver reported me for having 10 bags of bottles to return. First of all, I only had 7. So, someone calls (I know her name but not even going to give her the attention) this morning to inform that per ADA Rules I can only bring 1 bag which is a blatant lie. They know that's not true.
