I've had only great experiences here at Capeway Eye Care. The staff are so helpful and really dedicated to getting you what you need while utilizing your insurance or other promos/rebates to get you the best price. They've had a hiccup with the Dr leaving but don't let that shy you away from visiting them for glasses/sunglasses/etc. I had a tough time picking frames but they were so patient and encouraged me to go with a pair of Ray Bans that I got SO MANY compliments on for the year I had them. I will be back!!!
July 3 Sat on my prescription sunglasses yesterday at the beach. I was so upset because they cost me a lot of money, plus I need them to see🧐. Since I’m no where near where I purchased the sunglasses from I took a chance someone would help fix them. This place was suggested by a friend and turned out to be a great experience. The staff at Capeway Eye Care in Marshfield were so helpful and genuinely sympathetic. If I lived closer I would absolutely go here for my yearly eye exams and glasses. Highly recommend!
I'm confused why when I drive there during posted business hours, the door is locked. No sign, no explanation on voice message or option to leave a message. 🤷♂️🤷♀️🤷 follow up. Denise finally carved time out of her day to inform me, that I did not purchase my glasses there. Which is a bold face lie. Truth be told they were the 1st pair of glasses that I purchased.
