Phil Capelle did a great job helping me get my Certificate of Canadian Citizenship, based upon my mother's birth in Nova Scotia. Both her birth certificate and mine from New York City needed to be corrected before filing the application and Phil guided me through the entire process. Viva Phil and Viva Canada!
