I was recently approved for a loan eith Cap Ed on some home repairs, but have never banked with them before. I applied online and was very impressed with the remote experience. My loan officer Daniel has been stellar going through each phase, which has been super helpful in my busy life. I did my banking here several years ago and had a huge amount of problems and closed the account. I have a family member that finally closed the account there. I can personally tell you from dealing with the people in that place, they are all very rude and unprofessional, the place is a joke. And they have a lot of fees, so if you're thinking about banking there, you should probably change your mind. Probably the most unprofessional banking institution I've ever dealt with or observed other people deal with. My opinion

CapEd Credit Union has built a reputation for helping people rebuild after bankruptcy, which is exactly why we applied for a credit card. Unfortunately, after going through the process, we were declined because of a “new rule” stating they do not work with individuals within two years of bankruptcy.
