After 35 years of being a member of Capital Educators Federal Credit Union, I am so tired of dealing with Extremely poor customer service. I have had so many problems that I’m not sure where to start. I left some important personal belongings at one of the branches. It is IMPOSSIBLE to call any specific branch of Cap Ed. Yo have to call only one phone number and then listen to a very long list of choices before you can get to speak with anyone in person.
