Been with this credit union for a couple years moved and missed changing my address, my fault I understand. However when closing my accounts I found out they closed my savings with funds in it with out taking to me, not one bit of communication came through about them closing my account. I have been with this bank for 10 years and they are awful. They dont trust you with purchases and often block your card on expenditures of over a few hundred dollars. I moved last year and they didnt inform me that they were cancelling my debit card that week to send out new shiney ones, so I was stuck without funds for a week in a new city. I finally took all of my money to wells fargo and hadnt yet closed the account and geico accidentally sent me a duplicate charge, which caped repeatedly tried to charge to my account, c... read more
I walked into the Kuna branch with no real background information on opening a new account or what benefits I should know about. Kelly walked me through everything, answered any questions I had (no matter how silly), and left me confident with my choice to bank with them! I would definitely recommend :)
The bank itself is so bad. Transfers take forever. No benefit of choosing caped over say a sofi who actually has their stuff together. Closing my account soon and washing my hands of this dump.
