I used the their ATM in Kuna and paid the service fee. I was unable to request the denominations I wanted. I went inside and asked for them to provide lower denomination bills. I was told “no” since I didn’t not have an account with them. I am a retired educator from another state. I will NEVER do business with them or use any of their services.

I was recently approved for a loan eith Cap Ed on some home repairs, but have never banked with them before. I applied online and was very impressed with the remote experience. My loan officer Daniel has been stellar going through each phase, which has been super helpful in my busy life. However, the last step of going into the branch to open an account was both the icing and cherry on top of this cake. Their customer service is nothing short of exemplary! I did my banking here several years ago and had a huge amount of problems and closed the account. I have a family member that finally closed the account there. I can personally tell you from dealing with the people in that place, they are all very rude and unprofessional, the place is a joke. And they have a lot of fees, so if you're thinking about banking there, you should probably change your mind. Probably the most unprofessional banking institution I've ever dealt with or observed other people deal with. My opinion
