This CU is sooooo weird in that they have to run into an entirely different room to print something as simple as a receipt but I've never once had a problem with customer service or their policies, I've even hung out with my account unfortunately negative for an embarrassing string of days and they always let me get current. Solid credit union!

I went to the Boise Mall forgot that I left my card in the ATM at running out of the mall got there exactly at 3:00 p.m. on a Saturday employee opens the door being generous and tells me what is it that you need why I told her I thought you guys close at 3:00 and she said it is 3 I said it really a minute ago it was still 3:00 while we were talking. Eddy was such a lifesaver!! His positive attitude really spun my rough day around and was incredibly friendly while assisting me in getting a new card! If you need any help, go to him because he’s phenomenal!
Eddie set me up with my account😁💯 It was quick easy and everybody in the branch was very courteous! I would highly recommend this location to any of my family and friends!!
