I had a great experience at the CapEd Thunderbolt branch. Anna was especially helpful and patient, helping me sort out a rent payment issue. Franck provided consistently great customer service. And Ashlyn was kind, respectful, and attentive. That's why I like going to that branch. They're kind, cheerful, and great to work with.
On Saturday 1010/26 I was helped by Hallie Fortney a teller at the thunderbolt branch. She went above and beyond helping me. Hallie was professional and kind. She sets the standard for employees.
