Huge shout out to Mariah at the McMillan branch for her outstanding customer service and assistance with fraudulent charges on my account. She just called to check in and to inform me of potential charges that would occur if I didn't take action. She anticipated the problem offered services and course of action for me to take. Maybe calling to check is standard protocol regarding fraud stuff? Even so, she did a stellar job. Thank you!
I had my wallet and cards stolen so i obviously needed to replace them. Caped doesn’t have an option to request new cards in the app, so I had to call them, where I waited on hold for 30+ minutes. When they did get back to me, they told me I would have to pay $27 to expedite shipping new ones to me. Needless to say, i will be looking for a new credit union ASAP that wants to help me out in times of need.
