Lindsey, one of the chat specialists, did a fabulous job helping me through a challenging password reset. We tried several different options before getting a solution and she was cheerful and professional throughout. Great job Lindsey!
Went in yesterday to quickly take care of a need. Mariah helped me and she was very kind, personable, and fast. I always say CapEd is the Chickfila of banking when it comes to customer relations, quality staff, and quick service.
Ilse was fantastic and worked over two days to resolve my issue. I contacted her late on Friday and she worked until they closed and then followed up with my on Monday morning to ensure my issue was resolved. She was polite and attentive to my needs. Thank you!
