I had my wallet and cards stolen so i obviously needed to replace them. Caped doesn’t have an option to request new cards in the app, so I had to call them, where I waited on hold for 30+ minutes. When they did get back to me, they told me I would have to pay $27 to expedite shipping new ones to me. Needless to say, i will be looking for a new credit union ASAP that wants to help me out in times of need.
I love my Cap Ed bank. I do not love the telephone system. I called to reach a specific employee but the system operator had to "verify" me before I could make an appointment. It is easier to just walk in and do business. Forget calling through the system.
I had no idea that I could text the main number. After being on hold for 20 mins I decided to give it a try. The gal Lindsey was incredibly helpful and was able to find a resolution to my problem relatively quick. It was incredibly helpful.
Representative Cara is fantastic! Very polite, respectful, helpful, and very knowledgeable!!! Thank you, Cara for all of your help in the last couple of weeks!
