Let's start, with the fact that my WORST banking experience has been with Cap Ed in general and i would give 0 stars if possible. The staff may be nice but the banking practices are horrid!!! So to start my husband had overdrafted HIS bank account which had nothing to do with me, and so he never ended up paying that for a week...just a week till his check came in and they shut down BOTH our accounts. Your credit union is always doing great work with my ministry and Uganda! Claudia, Brittany, Seth! To be more specific, I have a significant ministry in Uganda, but I live in Fort Worth, Texas, but you guys have been so spectacular. I’ve never transferred either my business account or my ministry account to Texas. I’m still doing business in Idaho, but yet I live here in Texas. To make this happen is a joint effort phone calls emails appointments. It’s really quite impressive.
The people are all very friendly and welcoming, both to me and to my special needs son. I was in there the other day for a small matter. April helped me and answered several questions I had about various types of accounts for young adults. We went back today to open accounts for my son. She helped us again and was very sweet and patient, including while my son took his time to sign his name. I really appreciate it. Thank you & God bless!
Lindsey, one of the chat specialists, did a fabulous job helping me through a challenging password reset. We tried several different options before getting a solution and she was cheerful and professional throughout. Great job Lindsey!
