Phone wait time is atrocious. Wost bank ever!
CapEd has some of the worst customer service in Twin Falls. I definitely don't recommend doing business with these guys.
Cody consistently exceeds my expectations, turns routine transactions into positive experiences. Her ability to build my trust is evident in the repeat business she generates from me. I have referred a lot of business to them because of her and also the outstanding manager. Palo is simply one of the best in the business!
No good. Always want to charge $20 to prosses a payment over the phone. WHO dose that.
If I could give them a zero I would. I had a close family member of mine run into an issue with an auto loan they had and all due to their lack of communication with their members! Every person I’ve ran into that has had loans with them always talks about the bad they are and how all they care about is money! They are by far, the worst credit union in twin falls, I 100000% recommend ICCU OR MOUNTAIN AMERICA CREDIT UNION at least THEY care about their members !
