Based on the experience my friend had and hearing how you guys run your loans, I would never come here to bank.
This is absolutely the worst credit union we have ever had to deal with. My mom lost her husband a few months ago they refused to give her info so she could get the loan take care of. A dealership want to buy the vehicle and they refuse to talk to them. We had to get a probate and it was sent to them last week. They still refuse to give her info. Would not recommend. I’ve had an awful experience.
Very unhappy with our loan service with CapEd. Our car was totalled in an accident. I called CapEd to let them know and ask if I still needed to make a payment on my loan account where insurance was going to be sending in a partial pay off and gap would cover the rest. I was told no. The amount from insurance would count as a payment towards my account. Fast forward a week, a few days from regular payment.
