The phone service sucks, it takes hours for them to answer the phone sometimes, and when speaking to them they are often quite rude. Be more professional you're a bank!
I am DISGUSTED with CapEd! I have gotten two auto loans with CapEd and every single time I have had multiple issues! They keep sending threats in my email about they are going to add their own insurance on my loan EVEN THOUGH I have sent 5 copies of their specified policy about deductibles! Based on the experience my friend had and hearing how you guys run your loans, I would never come here to bank.
This is absolutely the worst credit union we have ever had to deal with. My mom lost her husband a few months ago they refused to give her info so she could get the loan take care of. A dealership want to buy the vehicle and they refuse to talk to them. We had to get a probate and it was sent to them last week. They still refuse to give her info.
