Where do I start... well I was employed by cape reserve for about 6 months and throughout my time I met some really awesome people in what I thought was an amazing opportunity... however not everything is as it seems at cape, here is a brief list of what to except working for Justin Hageman at cape reserve: -70 hours a week -use personal vehicle to travel as far as an hour away, with gas payed for by the employee -must spend large amounts of time outside of work with other employees -knock on doors from 3- as late as 9 as ea... read more

I’ve had a phenomenal experience with Cape Reserve. From the interview process, I could immediately feel the positive energy with young, enthusiastic faces who are genuinely excited to be there. The CEO, Justin, isn't just in charge – he’s also present, approachable, and actively engaged with the team. He goes beyond his role as a CEO, acting as both a mentor and a true leader. The company culture at Cape Reserve is outstanding. Weekly team/crew nights foster a sense of community and make everyone feel like part of a family.... read more

Good morning, I have recently had a couple of interviews here. I declined the “opportunity” because this is for sure not a stable job that most people need at the moment ( especially if you have a family.) Not to mention the person interviewing me couldn’t do basic math or explain the difference between 1099 and W-2. The director, Justin, was also the same director of another “opportunity” I had looked at previously. They have the same script and the same social media profile repertoire. Please be aware of this. I am sure th... read more

To those looking for a job: Don't. This is an MLM scheme disguising itself as a normal company, and nowhere in the job listing I applied to was this stated. In fact, said job listing didn't even mention the name of the company-- probably since the first thing you see when searching their name is a warning for scams. Nearly got me, but thankfully I saw the red flags and dug deeper. Shame on you for preying on young jobseekers.
