They let black taxi companies (aka scams) operate out of here. I usually take a taxi to the airport after a cruise because it's easy and the same price as an Uber. I was about to grab a taxi when the taxi driver told me I needed to speak with a worker, the worker then had me go to a different taxi (Danny Taxi I guess?) Long story short, the fare was $80 which was fine but he charged $25 for a tip.
