So friendly compared to St. Louis, where I lived for 63 years... I'm astonished, and it brings back great memories as to how kind, caring people can be... A breathe of fresh air for me... I keep telling myself we're not in Kansas anymore Toto...
No issue(s) with anything except there could be some instruction posted in how to form the waiting line for the 2 windows such as a single line for both, or separate single lines for each window. My experience was it was supposed to be a single line for both windows but had people come in after me and went to the window where no one was in line thus butting ahead of others already in line. Just my 2 cents worth.
