I had an IRA with them that I was contributing to. They called me up and told me I needed to bring the balance in my IRA up to $5000 or they wouldn’t work with me anymore. I wasn’t financially able to do that so they stopped working with me. They only want the people who can make them big money, not the small working class people who are trying to plan for their future just like everyone else.
