I got a referral to Cape fear Valley neurology In Lillington. Highly recommend that place love the people there. But Cape Fear Valley billing Is a different story. I received a bill on mychart stating I owed $300 and I had to pay $300 by July 1 or I could face collections. I called TRICARE. TRICARE informed me they haven’t seen a bill from them but assured me I have coverage. called with my insurance and kept getting hung up on every time we got put through. a bill was sent to collections that i don’t owe from an improper code/reason and no one would fix it. i have another bill i owe with the exact same scenario, saying i had two physicals when i had a pap smear the first visit, THEN a physical the second visit. this system accepts my insurance, which makes this very frustrating and confusing. not a good experience.
I've been trying forever to pay a bill. They have my wrong debit card on file. My patient portal has never worked. Y'all have the worst phone system ever. I will pay when someone calls me back
If i could leave 0 stars I would. I have been trying to get ahold of someone to add an invoice onto my already existing payment plan but i keep getting sent to a menu that doesnt have options applicable to my situation. Ill called several different numbers and have been put on hold 10+ minutes just to be sent to the menu that doesnt have the right option for me to select. Why is it so difficult to get assistance? This system is a joke.
Whoever they have calling people in the morning like they just did me before 9am with a fast forward aggressive tone please replace her. How do you call someone and say directly you haven’t paid nothing before even asking them about what exactly is going on with the situation?
