Never open. I live 4 blocks away, have lived here for 4 years, and I walk by the place constantly. Not only that, but the sign hours do not match the hours on the window. Also, the open sign is on most of the time, including at night, and it indicates absolutely nothing. This is NOT due to covid, regardless of what the owner has said in replies to other people's reviews. Just go to the Cenex instead.
