I am a figure skater and I just started working with Justin to improve my strength off the ice! I was looking for specific exercises/stretching that would help me with my skating. I was a little nervous at first but my Mom knew I would totally love working with Justin. I have had 3 sessions with Justin and they have all been awesome! Ashley at CCPT, is a master diagnostic engineer. She masterfully diagnosed my symptoms and offered a therapeutic plan that has provided much relief. I highly recommend CCPT.
Had popped something in my neck one night at the gym, called Cape Concierge physical therapy the next morning and was on a table getting dry needled before lunch time. Kara did a great job explaining everything she was doing and took the time to go through the different stretches to help get me back to 100%. She followed up a few days later to make sure I was on the mend. Great service from CCPT. I would recommend them to everyone.
Ashley is amazing. She is a wealth of knowledge and provides clear and concise direction. Highly recommend!
