Kara was amazing. I was originally referred by a friend from Los Angeles who had seen another practitioner at the practice while visiting me on the Cape and spoke very highly of the experience. Although that practitioner’s schedule was full, I was able to get an appointment with Kara - and I’m so glad I did. Kara was absolutely incredible (and not just because she has the same name as me!). Holly is an incredible massage therapist and does an absolutely amazing job!! She is very knowledgeable and listens to what's bothering me so she could focus on specific areas to really get after the issue. Extremely happy with Holly and couldn't imagine going to anyone else.
Visited Cape Concierge Physical Therapy recently with a stiff neck. I was treated with dry needling with a one hour visit and possibly a second visit. Today 24 hours later my neck is feeling much better and probably won’t need a second. Thank you CCPT.

Working with Justin in the gym has helped me regain strength, improve mobility, and feel confident getting back to my regular activities. Ashley helped me out big time with my lower back/pelvis. After a long car ride my sciatic nerve was been compressed. Ashley was able to perform dry needling to help the muscle relax and release the pressure. 5 star!
