Highly recommend the 60 min Stretch Session with Sarah Lewis! I had recently gone on a hiking trip and this is exactly what I needed to unwind. Sarah is extremely knowledgeable in her field and was able to provide me with loads of up to date tips on how to improve my mobility!
My therapeutic massage with Meredith was fantastic! I left feeling so relaxed and refreshed, she was also so sweet and accomodating. Highly recommend and look forward to returning!
Colleen is the best. I am a repeat client. She has taken the time to know what I like. She adjusts the massage for areas that need special attention. She just listens to what you need and gets it right every time. The setting is great. It’s quiet. I like that it’s not a busy salon.
