I have an 8 year old whole house Kohler generator and have had a longstanding service contract with CCIP. During the recent epic storm it malfunctioned. During a recent visit from outstanding technician, Mike, it was quickly up and running. I am assured it can work during new power outages, saving me from a wet basement. Mike is also going to schedule a one on one to help me understand the generator so I can troubleshoot it.
