Don’t sign a service contract with CCIP!!!! This company does not care about you and your generator once it’s installed. Find another company to service your generator. I’ve been a customer for almost a decade but they won’t come out to service my whole house generator which they wrote was in good working order before the big storm. It’s dead. 5 days without power for me and my Kohler. I’m one storm away from a flooded basement. I initially contacted this company and signed a preventive maintenance contract for my Generac generator in June of this year. After semi-weekly emails asking when the technician would be here, they finally sent someone this morning (4 months later). The young man checked out the generator, told me I would need spark plugs and oil that he didn't have on the truck and that he would be back tomorrow to complete the maintenance.
