I initially contacted this company and signed a preventive maintenance contract for my Generac generator in June of this year. After semi-weekly emails asking when the technician would be here, they finally sent someone this morning (4 months later). The young man checked out the generator, told me I would need spark plugs and oil that he didn't have on the truck and that he would be back tomorrow to complete the maintenance. CC Independent Power went above and beyond with the installation of our new generator. It would normally take a few days for the total installation but I was concerned because of the high winds on the first day. We have medical equipment that only has a few hours of battery life. Everyone involved came that first day and finished the job! I feel this was above and beyond to make me at ease about a possible power outage. The employees that work for Cape Cod Independent Power Company were very proficient in their area of expertise. They were also friendly and answered all my questions.
The entire team at CCIP was absolute professionals and handled everything in an excellent manor. Our project had a bit of a curveball and they didnt miss a beat and got the job done without any issues, or incremental fees. I highly recommend them!
We were thrilled with the service from C.C.I.P. They did a wonderful job. Special thanks to Anthony for doing a great job cleaning up and painting (!) the site of the work needed in the garage. It works flawlessly.
