The manager's qualifications are being questioned due to a discrepancy in information provided by a phone representative regarding check acceptance from CIBC Bank. The representative stated that CC5 accepts checks from CIBC, while the manager refused to accept the check without an existing CC5 account.
Staff are absolutely lovely, but the banking system is just terrible. If its after 10 pm, theres no guarantee you can transfer money between accounts, and bi weekly they freeze my account for suspicious purchases, when its just me buying something. I understand that yall have business hours, but when my card gets frozen, its quite frustrating to have no way to turn it on until the next business day.
