Was treated like a scum bag, with hidden p Fees being placed on me at this location that the location in Hyannis would not have done. They would not even let me withdraw money from my savings account even though I am an owner on it. Would give 0 stars if I could. I will never do money transactions here ever again
This company as a whole doesnt follow their own policies, closes accounts without notice via app or email within 6 days of having a negative balance. Banked with them for several years with zero issues until my account was closed without my knowledge resulting in loss of benefit payments for my disabled son. What a shame that a local company doesnt keep their customers in mind while stating that they "are there to help you."
